How to use Binaural Beats
1. Set Base Frequency
Select a carrier tone. Lower frequencies (around 100-200Hz) are often perceived as more relaxing.
2. Choose Brainwave State
The 'Beat Frequency' is the difference between ears. Select a frequency for the state you want to achieve.
3. Wear Headphones
Binaural beats only work when each ear receives a different tone. Use stereo headphones for best results.
4. Listen & Relax
Close your eyes and let the beat synchronize your brainwaves. 15-30 minutes is usually recommended.
